Looking for a subletter to take over lease in 4B2B apartment (Rains) mid-june through mid-september. This is a 4-person apartment and the other 3 roommates who currently live here will be staying through the summer, I'm just looking for a subletter to take over my room. All 4 share the living room and kitchen but you will be sharing a bathroom with just one other person. ~$1500/month. Basic furnishings included (bed, desk, dressers, shelves). Other roommates are female/nonbinary.

WE HAVE: Fun times, a shared candy bowl, a love for the outdoors, and an odd (but curated) assortment of decorations,
