Hi, I'm a quiet, clean, and studious Stanford student looking for a house or apartment soon until at least the end of summer. Possibly a year or longer. I'd like 2 bedrooms for myself and possibly my father will stay with me. I'd also like an additional room as an office. So at least 2 bedrooms (3 if one will be used as an office).

Anywhere within a 10-minute drive to Stanford preferable. If not close to Stanford, then walkability to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. is important.

I do have furniture, so it doesn't need to be furnished.
