Knock, knock… You have an Easter gift left out for you at your front door. It is the gift of salvation from the Creator of the universe. Today is just a normal holiday for most people, but let’s not forget the true meaning behind Easter. Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay for the debt of all our sins, and He resurrected three days later to declare victory over sin and death. He promises redemption and eternal life to all who believe in Him and follow Him as Lord and Savior.

The best part of it? It is FREE. Not because we deserve it but because of His love for us. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).

那么贵重的东西却比这里卖的东西也便宜，因为那是神免费送给我们的礼物，仅因为他爱我们。“神爱世人，甚至将他的独生子赐给他们，叫一切信他的，不至灭亡，反得永生” （约翰福音 3:16）。

No one is perfect enough to enter heaven by their own works alone, even if someone is a “good person” by worldly standards. We have all sinned against God one way or another, but He extends mercy and grace to us through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ so that we can be forgiven. No one is too far gone, and He extends this offer to anyone who is still alive and breathing today. The fact that you woke up this morning with air in your lungs is proof that He is still giving you a chance. So no matter what season you are in life, whether you are happy or sad or anxious today, He is here for you if you choose to accept Him. “Now is the day of salvation” (2 Corinthians 6:2).
