I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a second-story apartment in Bernal Heights, San Francisco! I’m moving out due to a career/life stage change, and the room is available from May through November (about 6 months), with flexibility on both the start and end dates.

The apartment is in an amazing location, super close to the heart of Bernal. It’s the perfect balance of cozy residential feel and easy city access. The apartment is also very close to the highway, which makes getting around SF or heading down to the South Bay especially convenient.

The bedroom is around 110 sq. ft. and comfortably fits a queen-sized bed plus a desk. The living room is furnished, there’s a washer/dryer in the building, and street parking is generally easy to find. The bathroom is shared with one roommate.

You’d be living with two male post-grads working in tech, one of whom is a Stanford grad. They’re both super nice, chill, and easy to live with. This would be a great fit for someone looking for a flexible short-term stay in one of SF’s most fun and desirable neighborhoods.
