Hi! I’m an incoming undergraduate research intern at Stanford and I’m looking for a place to sublease from June 11 to August 15.

Location: Ideally walking distance to campus
Type: Studio or 1 room in a 2B/2B or 2B1B
Budget: roughly $5,000 total (flexible depending on setup)

I’m not eligible to apply through Stanford’s official subleasing system as an undergraduate, so I’m hoping to arrange a direct sublease.

I’m clean, quiet, and will mostly be focused on research during the summer. Happy to provide verification if needed.
