My family and I will be leaving Stanford and the Bay Area after the upcoming Spring quarter and will be selling our 2 bed 1 bath Condo in Scotts Valley. We are flexible on a move-out date and would consider selling anytime between now and June if someone was interested.

I would love to directly sell the unit to a Stanford affiliated person or family. We would be looking at a price of around $675k (negotiable). The unit includes a nice private outdoor space and a shared community pool in a small and well gardened complex. Pictures available upon request.

The commute to campus from Scotts Valley is about 45min - 1hr 15min depending on traffic and time of day. The Scotts Valley area is amazing for kids and outdoor activities. The unit is walking distance from Sky Park, coffee shops, and shopping areas, and a soon to be developed city center that will feature a Trader Joes. It is 10-15mins from the beach and very close to many mountain biking and hiking trails.
