The large bedroom (14'x16') has a queen bed, memory foam mattress, linens, desk, bureau, chair, and lamps.

$1500 plus WiFi and utilities for a 6-12 month commitment. A lesser period ≥ 3 months is negotiable.

down University Avenue. Whole Foods and Town & County Trader Joe's grocery stores are on the bike route
