Lease period: mid-March - June end (start date flexible)

Location: SUPER close to Stanford (3 min walk to the closest C bus stop on campus and the EVs), very close to Cal Ave, Cal Ave Caltrain station; right behind Real Produce (501 Oxford Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94306).

Your 2 flatmates: 2 other guys (resident at Stanford Hospital & an Econ RA at Stanford)
You will share a bathroom with one of the flatmates.

Rent: $1800 + utilities (shared among 2 other roommates)

Washer & dryer: In-unit- the DREAM!!

Furniture: Fully furnished!
