We are renting out the living room space in a 2B2B apartment at Stanford Villa (3353 Alma St). The move-in date is flexible. Long-term or short-term stays are both welcome.

About the space:
The living room will be your private space (my roommate and I do not use it)
Share bathroom with my roommate
Mattress and basic bedding provided
Clean, quiet, and comfortable environment

Grocery Outlet right outside the apartment
10 min drive to Trader Joe’s, Walmart, Target
5 min drive to Stanford campus
Convenient access to public transportation

Rent: $1100/month + utilities

Looking for:
Clean and respectful female roommate
Prefer someone quiet
Stanford affiliate preferred (student, postdoc, visiting scholar, etc.)
