General info: My current roommate is moving out and I'm looking for another girlie to move in with me! The apartment is super spacious, located right off of Woodside Rd, and located within walking/biking distance of Caltrain and downtown Redwood City! You would be taking over my current roommate's lease (she's graduating early) -- we have another year on our 2-year lease. I'm prioritizing those who are in the area a bit longer though since the place is really nice and I'd be down to sign a longer lease to prevent rent from going up!

A bit about me: I'm a 2nd year PhD student in the Graduate School of Education, I love cooking for my friends, reading, and watching movies! I have two cats, so nonnegotiable that you also love cats! Looking for someone who is kind, clean, and chill.

Rent info: Rent is split evenly down the middle because the non-master bedroom renter gets sole access to the parking space! I can provide more pictures of the place upon request, turns out I have none other than these in my camera roll at the moment!
