Hoping to move out by end of the month, and so am listing my apartment for lease takeover. It's about a 15 minute bike ride to main campus, 10 minutes to the children's hospital and the main hospital. About 8 minute bike ride to Trader Joe's, Safeway, downtown Menlo Park, and the Stanford shopping center. Very centrally located.

The apartment is in a complex with other similarly-sized apartments, and is mostly occupied by Stanford PhDs, postdocs, and other young professionals. Very quiet during both weekdays and weekends. I loved my stay here.

It can come furnished or unfurnished (let me know if you want me to move the furniture out)!
