I’ve signed a lease for a spacious 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Mission Bay and I’m looking for a female roommate starting in June/July (dates can be flexible).

The apartment is a 7-minute walk to Caltrain and comes with in-unit washer/dryer, gym access, and lounge amenities. It has big windows, good light, shared living room, and easy access to public transport and grocery stores. Very safe area and building with concierge services available. Happy to share floor plan/photos/details over DM.

Rent is around the $3k/person range -- but happy to chat depending on fit.
