We are currently two postdoc girls and looking for the third one. The available room is with shared bathroom. The room is big with huge closet, no living room. There are laundry and fitting rooms and swimming pool available all time.
The deposit is $1000, and rent is $1400. We will split the utilities into three, I think it may be less than $50, not sure it depends on our usage.
