Bright private room located at the rear of a quiet single-family home with a separate entrance in Palo Alto. Conveniently located within a 10-minute bike ride to Stanford University, downtown Palo Alto, Caltrain and bus stations, the library, and Trader Joe’s/Safeway. Street parking is available.

The room is unfurnished, but can be provided with a bed, microwave, mini-refrigerator, and kettle if needed. There is no kitchen. Separate on-site laundry may be available.

Rent is $1,500 per month, including utilities (water and electricity) and Wi-Fi. A refundable security deposit of $1,500 is required. Lease terms are flexible, with a 6-month minimum.
