Looking for Clean + Quiet Female Roommate Starting June/July! @stanford.edu

Looking for a roommate for the next year starting in June or July (I'm flexible!). I'll be working on campus so I would prefer to look for apartments together (around Redwood City/Menlo/Palo Alto/Mountain View). My rent range would be anywhere around 1k-2k per month. Let me know if we sound like a good match and we can get coffee on campus or jump on a zoom to chat more!

Hoping for:

No smoking/vaping indoors
Can have overnight guests (1-2 times a week is okay, but I'm uncomfortable with men staying over)
Clean, willing to split chores (vacuum + mop/sweep common areas, clean after yourself in the bath + kitchen, swap chores every week); I have pretty severe dust allergies and sensitivities

Some things about me:

Full time researcher with additional weekend responsibilities
Never smoke/vape, infrequent overnight guests (sometimes when a friend is in town)
Hoping for quiet hours after 9:30pm
I go to bed around 11:30pm and wake up around 7am-8am
Uncomfortable with house parties with more than 8 people, but we can chat about details!
