Due to needing to relocate for my new job, I will be moving out of my spacious studio apartment in Sunnyvale (~20 minutes drive from Stanford) around Nov 18, and am looking to transfer my lease to someone. Studio has a newly renovated bathroom with washer dryer unit, and one car parking spot is included in rent. To sweeten the deal, I’m willing to pay for the first month of your rent!
