I'm a grad student looking for housing within biking distance of Stanford starting Dec 1 or Jan 1.

Budget is $2000-2500.
Ideally for 12 months, but open to shorter.

2. Sharing a place where I have a private bedroom and bathroom

*Roommate must be SUPER clean (in public spaces, idc what you do in your room) and respectful.
