We have one bedroom and private bathroom available for rent from our townhouse in Palo Alto. The bedroom and bathroom are both on the second floor. Common area is on 1st floor, including kitchen, dining room, living room, court yard and a bath room. The room is fully furnished with a bed and work station.

The room comes with a parking space and is right next to Highway 101 for quick and easy access to all the tech companies around the bay, Stanford University, as well as nearby grocery and food plazas. Free shuttle (Marguerite System) is within walking distance.

Rent is at $1500 per month and covers all utilities, including electricity, water, and WIFI.
