Hi! I have a cute, relatively quiet 2B1B apartment in Rains, and my current roommate is moving out after this summer quarter. So, I'm looking for a longer-term (female) roommate starting in the fall. The living room overlooks the courtyard, we have access to the lemon trees around Rains, and we're far enough from the partying that the noise isn't really an issue, so it's a really lovely place to live.

I'm a 1st year PhD student and somewhat of a homebody who likes D&D, crafting, listening to music, and cooking with friends. I'm looking for someone who is gentle/accepting of cats and doesn't host big parties in the apartment or have a ton of people over, as I have a pretty shy but very sweet ESA cat who gets nervous around strangers.
