Looking for someone to take over my lease as soon as possible at 345 Forest Ave in Palo Alto. It's a beautiful apartment with great views, in a historic downtown building. It can be a 2 or 3 bedroom, a bit untraditional but has patio, dishwasher, and heating.

Short bike to campus, there's a farmer's market right outside every Saturday morning and 1 minute walk to university ave, short walk to Caltrain station too.

Our lease ends August 31st but we need to move out in the next 2-3 weeks, so looking for someone to take over the lease!
