Price: $950
this is a beautiful bedroom in a co-op called idyllwild in stunning los altos hills
you will be living with other stanford students, affililates and alums. there are between 8-10 people co-living.
as it is a co-op, we share food costs meaning the fridge is always full of fresh groceries! you are expected to cook 3 times a month for the house meaning there is always dinner on the table after a long day. we have a communal grocery system facilitated by a Costco membership and two fridges, which makes it easy to cook together informally as well as for our weekly house dinners. We expect everyone to pitch in on cleaning up after group meals and keeping common spaces neat; each housemate is responsible for a weekly chore, and every few months we’ll do a deep clean as a group
the house has a large driveway, a huge garden and backyard, a balcony. you can walk straight onto hiking trails and access astradero reserve by foot. everyone in the house is extremely friendly, community oriented and kind. :)
the house is a 15 min walk from tesla campus and a 10 min drive/35 min cycle to stanford
your bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the hills, surrounded by trees. great for bird watching!
the rent is no more than 950 but may be cheaper depending on the number of tenants. with food costs + utilities, it usually ranges at around 1200 per month.
i am subleasing from june 17th - september 15. happy to negotiate and discuss those dates.
happy to do a call and tour if you are interested! if the shoe fits, i will schedule a meeting with the other housemates who will be here this summer.
thanks :)
