Subletting my room in Blackwelder (Escondido Village graduate housing) for the summer 6/12 - 9/7.

Due to Stanford housing restrictions, the room must be sublet to a male.

Rent is 1165/month. This includes utilities and internet.

I am subletting one room in a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and shared bathroom. Basic furnishings (bed frame, desk, drawers, chairs) will be available in the apartment. Laundry is free and available in the building.

Availability can be extended until 9/18 for enrolled Stanford graduate students.
