Posting on behalf of my friend who just graduated a math PhD at UW. He is looking for a long term rental starting in June (3 months to 1 year). 2 bedrooms is ideal, but 1 or 3 also okay. Closer to Downtown Palo Alto preferred. He is 28, and does not smoke, drink or party. Any offers much appreciated!
