This cozy fully furnished private bedroom comes with its own bathroom in a 2 bedroom EVGR graduate student housing in a quiet apartment building on campus. The apartment features abundant natural light and a picturesque view of the mountains and trees.

Your private space includes:
• A comfortable bed and essential furniture
• An attached private bathroom
• A couch for relaxation

You'll share a fully furnished kitchen with a male roommate. If you need additional kitchenware, we may be able to accommodate. The apartment has free laundry room, study and community spaces as well as gym rooms. Please reach out for photos of the space and schedule a video call.

• Seeking a 25+y/o graduate or staff subletter (any gender is welcome!)
• The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen must be maintained at the same level of cleanliness as at the start of the sublease. A $500 deposit will be refunded upon meeting this expectation.
