Ideally 1 yr lease (with possibility to renew) beginning early June but can be shorter We are a co-ed group (2 guys + 2 girls) of current Stanford grad students looking for someone who is social, kind, and clean to join our house! We love being outdoors (running, cycling etc) and enjoy hosting pizza nights on our wood-fired pizza oven!! But we're also quite busy academically and prioritize respecting quiet hours.
