I'm subletting my bedroom in a two-bed, one-bath Escondido Village low-rise for the summer at $1,628 / month (will be pro-rated based on dates). Earliest move-in would be June 13th and the latest move-out would be September 2nd. You will be sharing the house with a lovely Stanford physicist (and overall an excellent housemate!). There will be kitchen tools, bedding (etc.) if so desired and ample space to store clothes. The house is clean, the area is quiet, with a Marguerite bus stop located just outside the unit.
