This is a big 2-bed/2-bath on the 4th floor. Has a balcony, fully stocked kitchen and monitors in both bedrooms.We love living here and have decorated it a lot. There is a pool, gym, hot tub, tennis courts on site, free laundry across the hall, and one reserved parking spot! We have one female subletter secured already and looking for another one. Dates would be June 7-September 15 or whenever earlier you need to move out. Rent is 2100 per month per person in addition to a one time 97 dollar wifi fee.
