Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Oak Creek starting July 1st, 2026

Located on Stanford campus, about a 15-minute walk to the Med Campus
Access to great amenities: gyms, parks, pools, tennis courts, laundry facilities, parking, and bike storage
You’ll be living with a female roommate who is a Stanford postdoc
Around $1,750/month (includes rent + utilities, can fluctuate depending on utilities usage)
$750 deposit and $400 for existing furniture
