Responsibilities:

Manage

calendars,

appointments,

and

client

scheduling

(Calendly,

Google

Calendar,

Timeful)

-

Monitor

and

respond

to

correspondence

and

communications

-

Studio

maintenance

-

Digitize

musical

scores

(scanning),

clean/organize

studio

before

lessons,

sort

the

physical

music

library

-

Maintain

detailed

files

tracking

students/their

musical

progress

with

integrity

and

care

-

Manage

the

academy’s

invoice

system

for

clients

-

Produce

and

send

invoices

on

a

trimester

basis

-

Assist

with

errands,

personal

tasks,

and

special

projects

-

Provide

miscellaneous

technical

support

(MacOS,

Google

Workspace)

-

Create

Canva

graphics

for

events

-

Set

up

audio

for

hybrid

attendance

piano

recital

Qualifications:

-

Exceptional

organizational

and

time

management

skills

-

Strong

verbal

and

written

communication

skills

-

Proficiency

in

office

software

(e.g.,

Microsoft

Office,

Google

Workspace)

-

Access

to

a

computer

to

work

remotely

-

Ability

to

maintain

confidentiality

and

discretion

with

personal

information

-

Flexibility

to

adapt

to

changing

priorities

Preferred:

Prior

experience

in

a

similar

role

Problem-solving

skills

and

a

proactive

Ability

to

drop

off

packages

at

major

courier

branches

(e.g.

FedEx,
