Brand new cottage is behind my home in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We live 15 min by bike from Stanford campus. The cottage is fully furnished with great heat and air conditioning. I have one lovely Golden Retriever. There is plenty of street parking. All utilities and internet are included. Renter's insurance is required (approx. $35/month), no smoking of any kind. A $1000 deposit is required at time of signing lease.
