My wife and I are relocating to the Bay Area this summer and are looking for a place to call home for the next several years. I will be starting my residency at Stanford. We will be moving with our young son and are hoping to find a comfortable, long-term rental in a safe and family-friendly neighborhood.

We are ideally looking for an unfurnished single-family home or townhome with:

• 3 bedrooms
• 1.5+ bathrooms
• Backyard or outdoor
• Preferred locations are between Redwood City and Mountain View, with proximity to Stanford being a plus.

Our target budget is up to $5,000/month, and we are hoping for a June move-in, but can be later if the place is perfect. We are responsible, quiet tenants with stable income, excellent credit, and strong references, and we are looking for a place where we can settle long-term.
