A bit about me: I work at Stanford Hospital (mostly remote) and I travel frequently. I love cooking/baking, reading, traveling, binge watching TV shows, exercising, and embroidery! Looking for someone who is friendly, clean, communicative, and responsible. My partner and I are doing long distance at the moment, and he does frequently travel to CA (him staying with us is a non-negotiable)! I have lived in this apartment for 6 years, and it's the best deal around!

Rent/amenities: rent is $1500. We pay for PA bulk utilities (~$100-200 total), in addition to internet (~28/month for ATT 5G Fiber). There is one shared (covered) parking spot for the unit, paid street parking, and onsite laundry ($2 wash, $2.50 dry). Rent has only gone up $100 total in 2020, and the landlord does not intend to increase the rent any time soon. We also have a brand-new dishwasher (very quiet and fancy). There is individual heating in each room, but no AC.
