Price is per month (it's just the rate I pay for the apartment).

I'm a PhD student traveling for the summer. Will require a deposit of half a months rent. I'd like to keep a lot of my stuff here, but I'll store all clothes etc.. in a box and the rest of my stuff (cooking ware, monitor, etc..) will hopefully be useful to you.

My roommate is nice, chill, and quiet, but he may also be subleasing. You'll have a private bathroom.

If you want to sublease with 1 other person let me know and your other friend can sublease my roommates' room (same rate)
