Hi, I am an incoming surgical resident at Stanford Hospital who is looking for ideally a 2 bedroom, 1+ bathroom townhome/home/apartment for long-term rental. I am moving with my husband + small dog (20-25 lb). We are ideally looking to be as close to Stanford as possible in the Palo Alto/Menlo Park area, however would be open to other places nearby (e.g. Redwood City, Mountain View, Los Altos, Sunnyvale).

We would have two cars and prefer in-unit washer/dryer if possible. We are both very quiet, clean tenants who do not smoke.
