Hello! Me and one other female PhD student in our mid 20s are looking for a potential 3rd roommate to live in a 3B/1BA EV South Low Rise this upcoming academic year! We are looking for another female grad student preferably in mid 20s or early 30s :)

About the unit:

• It is one of the renovated two-story units
• Living room / kitchen on first floor, 3 bedrooms and bathroom on second floor
• Has a dishwasher that is staying! Also a mini fridge and a TV
• Rent is $1460/month pp

About preferred living styles:

• Would like to prioritize a calm/quiet but friendly/sociable living environment - I love to cook/chat/watch TV with roommates after a long day!!
• Prefer quieter evenings (nothing wrong with being a night owl but that would not be a great match - I prefer living with people who are winding down when it gets to around 11pm or midnight and have earlier mornings)
• Other priorities include maintaining clean common spaces and lots of communication e.g. about happenings in common spaces, guests, etc.!!
• Non-smoking and no pets
