I'm offering a furnished bedroom in my 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom single house located in the Willow neighborhood of Menlo Park. Conveniently situated just over a mile from downtown Palo Alto, downtown Menlo Park or Meta HQ. Easy access to Highway 101. It’s about 10 minute drive, 18-minute bike ride or a 20-minute bus ride to Stanford University.

Details: 
• $70 per night 
• Short-term stays only (ideal for visitors and scholars); not available for long-term tenancy. 
• Light kitchen use possible (heating up meals or very light cooking) 
• Shared bathroom – toiletries and basic supplies included 
• Drive-way parking available 
• Rate covers one guest; maximum two guests allowed – additional $10/night for the second guest 
• Refundable security deposit of $300 or 50% of the total stay cost (whichever lower), returned upon check-out. I’m a full-time female staff member at Stanford University—respectful, friendly, and easygoing. I’m looking for a responsible guest who will treat the space with care.
