Hi, I’m a Clinical Lab Scientist who recently started working at Stanford Blood Center. I’m interested in renting for 6months.

-I prefer private bathroom but open to sharing with 1 female roommate.
-I need a secured parking space or street parking as long as it’s in front of the house.
-I’ll be working nightshift, so I prefer the place to be quiet in the morning when I get home.
-In unit laundry
-Light cooking allowed
-Not allergic to cats/dogs. I’m willing to take care of them if you want 😊
-walking distance to Grocery store preferred.
-I’m usually shy so I would want to rent a place where only 1-2 housemates currently live.
