It is super spacious and perfect for the summer, the house comes with AC, W/D, dishwasher, and a spacious backyard + parking. Rent for the full length of the sublet (for the full 2.5 mos, not monthly) is $5500 for all bedrooms except for the master, whcih is $6600 total for the summer.
