The apartment is fully furnished. The kitchen comes completely equipped, including an air fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven/stove, pots and pans, and stocked cupboards. In the living room, you'll find a piano, a projector, and big windows with lots of sunlight). The bathroom is shared with the other bedroom, which is also available for sublet this summer. We also have a patio table outside, so you can drink a coffee or do some work in the sun.

The sublet will be processed officially through Stanford, which means that they will be on-hand to give you the keys, as well as to deal with any maintenance requests over the summer. They request that we relay this message regarding eligibility:

"Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense."
