Our house:

• 4 br, 3 bath (we have a guest room / house gym / multipurpose room on the main floor)
• The available bedroom is the primary / master suite. It’s huge, has a walk-in closet, an en suite private bathroom with 2 sinks, and a steam shower. Rent for this room is ~$2350
• Front garden, back patio, small garage, AC! Laundry. Huge kitchen, dining room, living room
• 2 parking spots that we just share + free street parking (always very easy to find)
• We have lots of the communal furniture already here so no need to stress about couches and such :)
• Unforch no cats / non-hypoallergenic dogs due to allergies :( but open to hypoallergenic dogs!
• A zillion plants
• Great vibes

Chloe and I are clean and friendly. We're active, love to make dinner together, enjoy having friends over, and we’re looking for someone who similarly likes being close friends with their roommates.
