My housemate and I are both traveling this summer and are subletting both our rooms in Rains Graduate housing on campus from June 19th to September 15th. We’re renting each room at $1628 per month to cover the rent. All services (water, electricity) are included.

The apartment is fully furnished, and we’ll be leaving the TV for you to use. Our apartment is on the third floor with a great view, offering lots of light into the space.
