I am looking for a male room-mate to take over my lease of the master bedroom in a 2B2B Townhouse (1075 sq-ft.) in Mountain View, CA.

Expected move-in date: May end to mid June, 2026. Long-term stay preferred.

Current lease agreement ends on Aug 7th, 2026. The current room-mate is planning to renew the lease and thus would prefer those interested in staying long-term. If you are on interested in short-term stays till August 7, please do not hesitate to apply.

Rent: $1795 per month (includes water, sewage and garbage)
Utilities (internet and electricity) shared between two room-mates: ~ $80 - $100 each per month
