2 private rooms in a modern house, shared bathroom (palo alto)

Location:midtown palo alto, walking to grocery, bank, cafe, etc. super safe and convinient. Close to Google, facebook amazon campus (10 minutes drive). 5 minutes drive to Cal train station.

Two rooms available:

-Available from 21st June 2026 for long term (6-12 months) Room with loft: $1500 + utilities (100/month)

-Available from june 15th for short term (2 months): $1800 + utilities (100/month)

Sharing the house with our family - a couple and young adults children (22 and
17 years old. My son is working in the area and my daughter in highschool).

Rent condition: One month rent deposit upon signing contract. First and last month due when move in. You pay shared utilities (estimated $100/month). We pay for high speed internet.

Looking for one person per room, LIGHT COOKING, no pets, no smoking, no drugs, no partying. single occupancy, have job offer, good credit required.
Sorry no pets (we have allergy to dogs and cats).
