My name is Varun, and I am a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford School of Medicine. I am currently subleasing an apartment in Stanford West and will be moving out in mid-June. If anyone at Stanford West is planning to sublease their apartment around that time, I would be especially interested.

I am looking for a studio, 1B1B, or 2B2B apartment near the Stanford campus. I am also open to locations within about a 30-minute drive, preferably with convenient access to a Caltrain station. My budget is under $2,000 (lower is always better!), and I am looking for a long-term stay (6+ months).

If you’re also searching for a 2B2B with similar preferences, I’d be happy to team up and look together.

A little about me: I’m originally from India. I completed my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering at IIT Madras and my Ph.D. at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, sports, playing musical instruments, and cooking. I keep my living space clean and would appreciate maintaining a similar standard in shared areas (e.g., timely dishwashing, regular cleaning, etc.).
