One bedroom available in a 4 bed 2 bath house near campus this summer. The dates are flexible between June 15 and September 15 (could also start or end earlier/later if needed), but I am looking for somebody who will rent for at least two months. Rent is $1850 inclusive of utilities. The house is located along Alma street, a 5 minute bike ride to campus or to Town and Country, and a 10 minute bike ride to the Caltrain station and downtown Palo Alto. Since we are near the main road and the Caltrain, there is traffic noise at night, so the room is not suitable for a light sleeper!

The house is large with a little garden area and fully furnished. The other three roomates are female Stanford affiliates in their late 20s (two in the med school, one postdoc). We do have an adorable cat so please don't inquire if you have allergies :) We are ideally looking for a woman who has finished undergrad to sublet (ie older than 22) who is friendly and will join in the shared chores.
