👋🏻 We are 5 mid-20s to early-30s professionals: Stanford PhD (M), Stanford research assistant (F), designer (M), paralegal (F), AI engineer (M). Every now and then, we play board games, watch movies, hike, go up to Tahoe, and do other fun activities together. There is ample shared space, laundry in units, free street parking, backyard and front yard gardens, bike storage etc. We also have an extra room that is often used as a yoga studio and guest room.

🏠This convenient location is only 2min drive/7min walk from Safeway, CVS, restaurants, 11m drive/18m bike from Stanford, and 6min drive from Cal Ave Caltrain station. It's a very bike-able and walkable neighborhood.

Your room: private bedroom on the first floor

Move-in dates: July 1, 2026 (earlier maybe okay but you have to coordinate with the current housemate)

Lease term: 1 year minimum. Longer term stay is preferred. No summer interns sorry.

Rent: $1197/mo

Move-in cost: 1 mo rent + 1 mo rent as security deposit = $2394

Utility: Split evenly (trash, biweekly cleaners, gardening, electricity, water, free WIFI) ~$100/mo
