I'm a grad student subletting my studio in Escondido Village this summer. It will be available anytime from mid-June through early September (dates negotiable), and only to Stanford affiliates (please see the required verbiage from Stanford Housing below and be ready to prove affiliate status). Also please note that I will only consider subletting to other women (sorry, guys! ;) it's really a place for a girl as you can see).

My place is a furnished top-floor studio, ~325 sq.ft. The rate is $2039/month, and utilities are included. Laundry facilities are on the first floor. The EV neighborhood is just a short walk to campus. I've really enjoyed living here as a PhD student and found it comfortable and convenient. In the past I have sublet to other Stanford grad students or visiting Stanford affiliates who are doing research or an internship here over the summer.
