I am subletting my fully furnished private bedroom and private en-suite bathroom in a spacious 4-bed, 5-bath Munger apartment. I am significantly discounting the rent to find a reliable sublessee while I am away for a summer internship.

Important Requirements (Please read before messaging):

Roommate Preference: Because you will be sharing the apartment with a female roommate who is staying for the summer, we are only accepting female or non-male applicants.
Duration: Priority will be given to applicants who can commit to subletting for at least 10 weeks of the summer.
Eligibility (Strict): Per Stanford R&DE policy, you MUST be an eligible Stanford affiliate (matriculated student, visiting summer researcher, postdoc, or officially sponsored intern). We will file the official Stanford Sublicense Agreement to ensure everything is secure and approved.

The Room & Apartment:
Complete privacy: Your own bedroom and private attached bathroom.
Fully furnished: Full XL bed, large desk, chair, dresser, and large closet.
Shared spaces: Massive living room, dining area, and fully equipped contemporary kitchen.
Bonus: Extra guest half-bath in the common area.
Utilities: All utilities (water, electricity, trash) and high-speed Wi-Fi are included.
