My housemate and I are both traveling this summer and are subletting both our rooms in Rains Graduate housing on campus from June 19th to September 19th. You must be a graduate student affiliated with Stanford to sign a contract.

The apartment is fully furnished, and we’ll be leaving the TV for you to use. Our apartment is on the third floor with a great view, offering lots of light into the space. Rains has a beautiful garden courtyard that offers a welcoming, condo-like atmosphere rather than an apartment complex feel.
