Hi there! I just started teaching at Stanford and need a place to stay for 1-3 months until I move my family out. I am a very clean and quiet person (39 yo male), and have owned 3 homes so I know how to take care of a place. I am very friendly and low-maintenance; I usually only use the house for sleeping. I am ideally looking for a furnished room, anywhere from a shared room, a studio, or 1br somewhere. It must be walking or biking distance from the law school, and the closer the better.

I would like to move in May 25 but need to keep my exit dates flexible, as I am on the waitlist for campus housing and it might open up unexpectedly. I would expect to rent at least until July 1 and then be flexible from there.
